Transitioning Youth

Transitioning Youth Programs

Our children’s programs are designed to support families of children with a disability diagnosis between birth and 21 years old. Our services support families in connecting with services and DDA funding, child care, future planning, educational advocacy, and respite care. Our Autism Waiver program is dedicated to providing information and support for children diagnosed on the Autism spectrum.

August is ABLE to Save Month!

August marks the nationally celebrated ABLE to Save Month.

September 11-17, 2022, marks DSP Recognition Week

We take the opportunity annually to honor our DSPs and acknowledge the lengths they will go to help people with disabilities live fulfilling, independent lives. We are so thankful for the hard work of every one of these individuals.
