Summer Camp Reimbursement Program
Need help paying for summer camp? The Arc Prince George’s County is offering up to $500 in reimbursement for families with children and youth (ages 5–21) with disabilities!
- Limited funds – first come, first served!
- Reimbursement only (families must pay first)!
Requirements to Apply:
- Complete the Summer Camp Intake Form and submit all required documentation by June 30, 2026
- Allow The Arc to review your intake and respond within 10 business days after all documents are submitted
- Complete a free Benefits Enrollment Center (BEC) screening/consultation
- Be willing to share your story and photos
- Complete the evaluation survey
Must submit: Proof of disability, proof of camp payment (paid in full), and Vendor Packet form
Applications and documents due June 30, 2026
Reimbursement processing begins mid-August 2026
