How to File a Title VI Complaint

Any person who believes they have been subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin may file a Title VI complaint with The Arc Prince George’s County.

Complaints may be submitted in writing using the Title VI Complaint Form and should be filed within 180 days of the alleged incident. Once a complaint is received, it will be reviewed, investigated, and responded to in accordance with established procedures.

Completed complaint forms may be submitted by:
