For too many in our community, getting to a doctor’s appointment, picking up prescriptions, or simply making it to physical therapy can feel like climbing a mountain—especially for those with limited mobility.

That’s where Wheels to Wellness (W2H) comes in.

The Arc now provides door-to-door transportation for older adults and individuals with disabilities to get to medical appointments and/or treatment (e.g. dialysis) and improve their health.

This service will also help reduce the cost of care and lower ER visits and wait times.

Operating Monday through Saturday, our accessible, medical-grade vehicles are designed to serve individuals with special mobility needs—because care shouldn’t come with a barrier.

Whether it’s a critical doctor’s visit, a trip to a wellness visit, or physical therapy, Rides to Health helps you get there safely, comfortably, and on time. Each journey is powered by compassion, with drivers trained to assist with dignity and respect every mile of the way.
