Provides case management services for the Prince George’s County Infants and Toddlers Program. This program is designed to assist families with children from birth to age three who show differences or delays in developmental. Assessment, early intervention, service coordination and supports for families are available.

It is a 2-year, tuition based credit-free certificate program focusing on students’ basic academic skills and enhancing potential success as productive citizens. Instruction is available at Montgomery College, Rockville campus weekday mornings. Employment services are provided through Target Community and Educational Services in the afternoons. Potomac Community Resources provides social, recreational and therapeutic activities evenings and weekends.
