SPRIT CLUB: Health and Fitness Program

SPIRIT (Social Physical Interactive Respectful Inclusive Teamwork) Club is a weekly health and fitness program for adults with special abilities and needs that provides its members with exercise instruction, healthy snacks and take-home portfolios with nutritional guidance. This program will be held at The Arc Prince George's County Administrative Building on McCormick Drive every Monday. F.A.C.E.'s Place Respite Care Center

F.A.C.E.'s Place is a program offering a fun-filled environment personailized to meet the needs of children and teenagers with autism and other developmental and intellectual disabilities. Family members and caregivers will have an opportunity to enjoy a brief period of restorative relief, knowing that their children are in a safe, loving, understanding, and accepting environment. Activities include music therapy, dance, arts & Crafts, sensory play, social time, and indoor/outdoor play. Representatives from Prince George's County Public Schools, as well as other community and family resources will be available.
