The Maryland Developmental Disabilities Council, in partnership with The Arc Maryland and By Their Side, MDSibs 2015 Conference will bring together all people that care about sibling issues. Meet, interact, and network with people that care about sibling issues, gain information and share ideas on specific topis relating to siblints of people with developmental disabilities, and feel supported and connected within a community. Early registration for the event is now open. This one day event, on Saturday, October 17, 2015, from 8:30-6:00, is $25 for adults (18+) and $10 for people under 18. Transition 101

Transition 101 is a series of workshops for families whose children are transitioning from school to adult services. Come to September's workshop where you can find out more information on the resource coordination agencies that support the Southern Regional Area. MMARS, Resource Connection, Inc., and Total Care Services, Inc. will be at the workshop. The workshop is free for Arc members and $5 for non-members. Check out September's flyer here.
