Adult Services: Transportation
The
Arc Transportation Department
What does The Arc Transportation Department do?
The Arc provides door-to-door transportation for all
Arc program participants through Metro Access and Arc
Transportation Services. Transportation services are
provided between Arc program locations and participants’

The Arc Transportation Department monitors
all transportation to and from The Arc programs—whether
Arc Transportation or Metro Access is used. Arc Transportation
sorts through issues with Metro Access for all Arc clients
and ensures all clients get home in a timely fashion.
