Executive Staff:
| Jack
M. (Mac) Ramsey has served as the Executive
Director of The Arc of Prince George’s County
since 1983. Mac has helped build The Arc into a
dynamic association with a wide array of quality
community-based programs. He holds a Masters of
Public Administration from The American University
and a B.A. in Sociology from Ohio University. Mac
has served as President of The National Conference
of Executives of The Arc, The Maryland Conference
of Executives of The Arc, and The Human Services
Coalition of Prince George’s County. He was
Vice President of The Maryland Association of Community
Services. Mac has also served as a member of the
boards of directors for The Arc of The United States,
The Council on Leadership, The Maryland Community
Residential Services Coalition, The Arc of Maryland,
The Prince George’s County Developmental Disabilities
Providers’ Council, and the Non-Profit Advisory
Council for United Way of The National Capital Area. |

| Mary
Funk has served as the Deputy Executive
Director of Family Services since 1991, and has
worked at The Arc of Prince George’s County
since 1984. Mary oversees the Family Services Division
and enjoys giving families the tools and support
they need in order to successfully advocate for
their children. She graduated from the University
of Maryland in 1968 with a degree in English. Mary
currently chairs the MACS Family Support Services
Network, the Early Mental Health Consultation Project,
and the Local Interagency Coordinating Council (LICC)
Legislative Committee. She is a member of the Governor
appointed State Interagency Transition Council,
the Prince George’s County Infants and Toddlers
LICC, and the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce
Education/Workforce Committee. Over the years, Mary
has served on a number of task forces for the County,
the Developmental Disabilities Administration and
Prince George’s County Public Schools. |

Todd
Carton, Associate Executive Director
of Administration & Finance, has been with
The Arc since 2005. Todd received his BA in Interdisciplinary
Studies from The University of Maryland Baltimore
County, and obtained his MA degree in Languages
and Linguistics from Georgetown University. He
holds a Certificate of Accounting from the University
of Baltimore, and passed his CPA exam in May 1983.
Todd has served as a Board member of the United
Support Against Multiple Sclerosis since 1990. |
